Recent Fund Changes
As of 11 September 2023, we have updated the share issuance policy for the Givfunds Global Equity Impact Fund. The fund is now reserved for transactions by existing shareholders to maintain a sustainable growth rate and manage the fund’s impact focus effectively.
Similarly, from 5 February, the Givfunds Global Equity Select Fund (IRL) has also restricted new share issuances to current shareholders. This policy adjustment is intended to stabilize the fund’s performance and align it more closely with our long-term strategic goals.
